Frustrated by the challenges students faced after graduation, longtime urban Superintendent Dale Marsden founded Tomorrow’s Talent ® in 2020. His innovative vision built a company that tackles the disconnect between earning a degree and securing meaningful employment. Marsden observed that even with diplomas in hand, many graduates struggled with underemployment or the burden of significant student loan debt, averaging $37,000. Tomorrow’s Talent ® was created to provide a solution, aiming to better prepare students for the workforce and ensure their educational investments lead to successful careers.
