Tomorrow’s Talent orchestrates all Pathfinder Day logistics, from meals to designing impactful micro-internships, ensuring a seamless experience and meaningful learning for all.

Tomorrow’s Talent works with school districts to chart a course for a specific pathway micro-internship. This allows Tomorrow’s Talent to get in touch with the appropriate employer partners in that particular industry or field. Additionally, there is an option to do an undesignated Pathfinder Day, where students may participate in micro-internships across various pathways and with different employers.

Fantastic! We ask our interested employers to begin by completing an Employer Interest form, which allows us to collect all necessary information to carry out the experience.
