Over 30 team members, including individuals from our Cyber Defense Corps, Career Navigators, and Campus Connection Coaches, came together to strategize and reexamine our collective mission. Our organization has seen remarkable growth, not just in numbers but in our potential to create change—a direct response to a gap we identified in the system. Recognizing the complexities of transitioning from academic environments to the workforce, we’ve identified a crucial phase where students can significantly benefit from additional support.
